What we keep. Your three answers (cities, maximum rent, minimum size). If you sign up on this website we keep nothing else: no name, no email, no password. Your personal page link contains a secret; we store only a scrambled form (a hash) of it, so we cannot read it back. In your browser the page remembers that link (local storage) so you do not have to log in. If you use Telegram we also keep your Telegram chat id and the name and @username Telegram shows. After approval we keep which homes we sent you, so we do not send the same home twice.

Messages. If you write to our Telegram bot, your message is passed to us so we can answer you there.

Why. Only to send you new rental homes that fit your search. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where. On our own server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland).

How long. While you use the alerts. Sign-up requests that are not approved are deleted after 30 days. When you choose “Delete all my data”, everything is deleted at once.

Your rights. On your personal page press “Delete all my data”, or in Telegram send /stop and choose “Delete all my data” — everything about you is deleted at once. Keep your personal link private: anyone with it can see your page.

Listings. We link to the official websites of housing providers. We never apply, book or sign anything for you.
